How can I compare AP and crit when getting new items? I want to know what item gives more DPS. I dont not count special attacks etc, just straight out white damage.

For example
+40 AP or +1,5% crit? Whats best for auto-attack dps.

Anybody know of a thread or homepage with thoose kind of formulas?

Just fill in the stats and learn to love this wonderful site ^^

That page isn't entirely accurate though :) It does not take everything into account and thus does not always recommend the best item.

Enter your stats here http://www.valkyyria.net/a/warriordps.xls and find out.

No it's not, but the link I just gave is.

I had a look at it. If I enter 300 weapon skill, it says I will get 40% glancing blows. As I increase my weapon skill, I get lower and lower glancing blows percentage. Is this intended or am I reading it wrong?

You should at least know what minmaxing is before using that word.

Glancing blows and weapon skill are one of the most important mechanics when DPSing on level 63 targets. Sorry for expecting that a blizzard employee is actually familiar with the game.

I am actually very familiar with the game. That is why I pointed out the illogical behaviour of the glancing part in the Excel sheet, which I'm sure you noticed yourself. Or were you referring to something else? :)
