Guild Expierence stuck!

Ok, my guild was a bank guild and Ive recently opened it for members. Dont have many, but the few I do have are RL friends. Anyhow, weve been working alot to get to level 2, however, it seems as though the XP is stuck. This is what it says:

Guild expierence gained is limited by a daily cap.
Current: 23611 / 16580
Today: 4765 / 6246

Its been like that for the past 4 days, when I got more people and we started doing things. Im wondering whats going on and so is everyone else. Accourding to the Current number, we should be level 2 and maybe a third of the way to lvl 3. I have put in a ticket, 2 days ago, in which its still pending so I have given up on any in game help.

Does anyone have any answers? I can post a screenshot if you perfer. Thanks.

I do not show you submitting a ticket on the account you are posting under, Cambria. Is it possible the ticket was entered from another account?

If the account you are posting from is the correct account, please open another ticket so we can review the situation further.
