Flying question

Well as it goes so far Flying mounts will require a new tier of mount training, I was just wondering one thing...

Although Storm crow is a shapeshift, will Druids recieve mount training upon completion of the quest required to get the form, just as Paladins and Warlocks now recieve from there mount quests?
