20/10 Paid Character Transfer Cooldown Update

In order to allow players more frequent access to the Paid Character Transfer service, we've decided to change the cooldown period for the paid character transfer from six months to three months.

We feel that the three-month timer provides a good balance between having a sufficient buffer between transfers, while still giving more flexibility to players who wish to move characters, as compared to the original six-month cooldown.

As soon as the PCT will be back online, players who transferred characters three months ago or more could transfer them again through the Account Management page. As always, thanks very much for your feedback!

It is 3 months for the US as well.
