Unflagging yourself on a PvE server

Total noob here (1 week of play, lvl 18 tuaren shaman on normal server). Managed to right click on a Gryphon Master (looking for a transportation guy) in Booty Bay and, of course, got whacked and flagged for PvP. I have no desire to do PvP with this character, so how do I get myself unflagged?

You will unflag after a bit of time (5 minutes) not being in combat. Here is a link to our page with more information.
