Hello,

Does anyone else remember when siege engines and the like were supposed to be a part of large-scale PvP? Its possible my brilliant gnomish mind imagined this, but as I was running by the purring engine of a steam tank, I had a thought: the tonks are just like this hulking beast of a machine, but they do stuff.

Does anyone else wonder if perhaps the cute-ums ickle tonks might be the first step toward siege engines in battlegrounds?

Hrm, indeed. It could be said that the tonks are a practice in game-mechanic development. What that mechanic may be leading towards is anyone's guess though.

Well... except ours, we totally already know what we're going to do with it.
