13/12 Hotfix for mace spec

Just to let you know, a hotfix for Mace Spec should be going in sometime soon that should increase the rage awarded on proc, but lower the proc rate.

The proc should roughly be 11% with a 3.80 speed weapon, 8% with a 2.80 speed, and 4% with a 1.70 speed. The rage awarded should now be 6 points on proc.

The tooltip will reflect this in a future patch.

If by good news, you mean that I will come here and say that all your wishes will come true and all your concerns will be taken care of with next patch, then I'm afraid no. I do have hope that we will be able to turn this negative trend around though ^^
