Why do you have character selection disabled on a NEW server. I know you've done it during queues with older servers but new??? Come on people want to get started.
During instances of queue spiking, a realm's character creation becomes disabled to prevent an excess of players concentrated into single areas or zones. When the queue subsides, character creation will become available again.
