ok , so has anyone else ever had the problem of you que for yourticket says " i will be anwered in 10 hrs" so you go and make a sadwich, or a shower you come back , log back in , and you ticket is given the same automated answer you got the last time? or prehaps you had a ticket open while you were playing and you get " a GM has answer your ticket, click here to read" message... is it really that hard to give a person your time ?

Based on what I can see, Endlessdeth, you opened a ticket 16 hours ago and then abandoned it before you could get a response.

Would that be the ticket you are referring to?
