Change race?....it's possible, or not?

I want to ask a simple question, about a change race. It's possible to change race for a PG level 70? I say this because need a change, and i want to enlarge my game experience.
I have a warrior level 70 human female and i want to change in draenei warrior 70 female (better skin and movements :) ), it's possible this, without re-roll pg?
I'm waiting for a response soon.
