Level requirement for Dungeons

This is only for the min level allowed in instance not recommended level to run it.

I have a friend willing to run me through to get some gear, and was wondering if anyone knew the level required for instances like SM, Gnomer and RFD?

Any information would be a great help thanks.

There are some adjustments that are under consideration for the level range of dungeons, but nothing definite to report on at the moment.
