/hi and /salute should de aggro guards

I'm a disgruntled Alliance player. I want to join the Horde but the guards never let me in. I should be able to say hi and salute Overlord Saurfang and then /hifive him for massive Ogrimmar rep.

Why isn't there a stock high five emote?

We despise those that high-five as a common practice, and thus refuse to allow the action into the game.
