Gruul's Lair - Gruul Hurtful Strike

Looking into this. We'll try to have a hotfix up ASAP. Apologies.

We've now deployed a hotfix that fixes the targeting of Gruul Hurtful Strike. The ability should now hit the second person on the threat list, and not the third.

The issue has been hotfixed. Gruul should once again be hateful striking the second target on his threat list.
