It's easy to overlook the stickies sometimes. This is why we try to limit how many we have up and what they are about. Stickies are like that road you drive every day and see the same signs on. Then one day, a new sign goes up telling you the road is going to be undergoing construction but you miss it because you're so used to seeing the same signs every day you overlook it. When you wind up in a traffic jam cursing the drivers ahead of you only to realize you should have known this was going to happen, you can feel a little embarrassed.

All I can say is, read the signs even if you think you've read them before. They may just help.

For those lambasting the OP, it's new information that people are still digesting, so try to be a bit lenient on them. There's no need to pull out the tar and feathers.
