Seriously, my [all spells and talents] seem to be bugged. Perhaps by casually mentioning my [all spells and talents], a blue post will arise that subtly hints at changes in 2.3 to be made to my [all spells and talents].

What an amazing coincidence, it just so happens that [Arcane Meditation] is being increased to [10/20/30% mana regeneration] in patch [2.3].
