We were promised Confetti Explosion

We were promised months ago that our crappy 41 point talent would be replaced with Confetti Explosion. Instead of that it is being buffed instead, what gives? This is a slap in the face to all priests and this seriously needs to be reconsidered. Hope for Confetti Explosion was the one thing keeping this class from dying entirely.

We just felt that Confetti Explosion was much too powerful at parties.
