For both alliance and horde. Alliance may win less but que time are shorter which mean they are getting more honor. Horde can actually win for a change and thats freaking awesome blossom.

Hrm... I don't really know how to answer that since it depends on what you are thinking of exactly.
More fun? Yeah. More balanced? Yeah.
