Pink elekk problem solved!

Alright so people are saying
' I cant get the pink elekk quest.. why not!!''

And its because you have to explore all the major cities, including the BC ones.

I couldent get it either but i explored exodar then went back to IF and I could get the quest.

So thats it.

And also i think all of the elekks you need are in shatt city.

Alternatively, we just hotfixed it. ;)

As it requires you to go to Eversong or Azuremyst respectively, yes, you do need the expansion to see the quest Pink Elekks on Parade.
