How is 2.3 comming out next week? PTR = broke

How in the world is 2.3 going to come out next week when things are so fubared on the PTR right now? Hunters and Rogues are beyond broken owning everyone in pvp, gcd is still messed up, warrior talent trees are still messed up and the weapon mastery nerf hasnt been undone, hypothermia is back to 30s, pallys have like 30k hp unbuffed now, prot warriors still crit for 300, holy shock is hitting as hard as MS now with 30% damage buff, fury is getting the shaft with DW.

This patch is beyond believable if it goes through in its current form. This will officially be the worst patch in history.

"We will be closely monitoring the testing of the 2.3 patch, and if it looks like it won’t make the November 13 date, we will announce a delay."

We can push it back if needed and continue to watch the testing.
