I'm pretty sure that the reason most of us are "up in arms" is because our CM doesn't even know enough about the class to intelligently discuss these issues with us. All we ever get is "no information available" or "I've passed on your concerns," etc.

I'm not the Shaman community manager. You have no idea what I do and don't know about the class, or how intelligent my discussions are with the class designers. That's hurtful speculation, friend. I'm not going to argue this point though, but I will say that I'm very confident in my abilities as a community manager, and my knowledge of the shaman class.

Lastly, I've provided much more in these forums than what your last comment claims. I'm hoping you're just upset and need a punching bag. Additionally, I've done quite a bit for shaman behind the scenes. I'd love to be able to share all the things that we're my contributions to the game, not even just for your class but for other classes and the game as a whole.

First, the problem is an "awaremess" does satisfy many shaman. The problem is, it's exceedingly frustrating to others.

Our office has been under renovation since last Thursday. We'll be returning this afternoon, friend. In general though, just because players are erupting, doesn't mean we have to or should immediately begin addressing the matter.

I'm honestly not even the slightest bit defensive, and I'm sorry if it appears such. Pointing out that something is hurtful, is something I've always done and will continue to do. Nothing I've read today, or responded to has hurt my feelings. With that being said, it's still worth pointing out at times that certain types of comments or behaviors can be harmful to others.

If anything, so you treat each other better.
