We're looking into the reported issues that people are having and we'll let you know more information on getting this resolved as soon as possible.

For those having issues, please feel free to report the errors you are experiencing and I would also ask that people refrain from making disparaging remarks about the Web Team or any other Blizzard Employees. Constructive feedback is fine, but harassing or defamatory language toward others is not.
