New Faction Tabard not gaining rep

Hello all,

I just bought the Thunder bluff faction tabard, the one that grants reputation while doing dungeons while equiped. I don't seem to be gaining any rep though. I had the Kirin Tor one in the past, where you would gain 19 or 20 rep per kill, but I am getting nothing from these.
is this a bug, or does it work differently? Thanks!

This is a bug we will be hotfixing in the very near future. The city tabards should currently work in old Azeroth dungeons (as well as Cataclysm 80-85 dungeons when the expansion is released). The hotfix will make it so these tabards work for Heroic and normal Northrend dungeons, however, there are no plans as of yet to apply this change to Outland dungeons.

That is kind of funny, when the patch we had on Nov 24 (full of hotfixes for the previous Shattering patch) states verbatim,

"Players should now be able to champion a capital city and earn reputation in Heroic and normal Wrath of the Lich King dungeons while wearing that city's tabard."

I read normal wrath in that, correct?

It was a misunderstanding on our part. I spoke with Zarhym, though, and he's kindly agreed to update the hotfix list. :)
