NPC Quest Giver: "Big Bad Guy is terrorizing our village! Please go kill him"

OK, sounds like fun.

I go searching for the guy, and find his spawn location. Only, he isn't there, and instead, there are 12 people waiting for him to resapwn.

Wait.... how is he terrorizing your village if he's dead and there is a freaking LINE of people waiting to kill him?

Increase spawn rate on named mobs. Dramatically. Please.

We're hotfixing respawn rates that we deem problematic as we find them, folks. Sorry for the inconvenience.
