ive had my loot spec to disc for days now yet all the relics apear as shadow/holy
i really need them relics for disc so if you could change them to shadow+holy relics would be very nice.

That is correct :)
World Quest rewards are based on your class, rather than your spec. That is also why hybrid classes can be awarded trinkets with different primary stats.
