Did my friend deserve the G kick?

Our guild master said that there should not be gender divisions in sports and that it is sexist, and so my friend casually replied and stated his opinion that men and women are not physically equal, and he immediately got kicked by our guild master. Is the kick justifiable?

Management of a guild's roster is at individual Guild Master discretion, as is the moderation of their guild chat.
