They tried to install the same thing on the Alliance but it didn't catch on so they keep on hamfisting Alliance races and factions into expansions for no reason at all.
Draenei weeb Turalyon suddenly being the leader of the entire Draenic forces on Argus? Just how?
Jokes aside, I feel the reason why Horde is so underrepresented in this entire expansion beside the lack of story is that you don't see Horde races and characters that much as Alliance.
Take a good look at the order halls, there are double the amount of Alliance followers than Horde ones. With humans taking up half the amount of said followers.
You'd think Shaman order hall has got to have some Taurens, Orcs and Trolls in them right? Just like with the Night Elves and their Order Halls, nope, Nobundo is the leader. Both have an equal amount of faction representation on top of that.
The ONLY order hall that has some leaning towards Horde and Blizzard puts in Magatha Grimtotem to laugh in the Horde's face on top of it.
Seriously Blizzard, what gives? Why do you shoehorn things like that?
