KickBot is back in PVP

Made the mistake of doing a few random BGs tonight and saw about a dozen people using kickbots. People who aren't targeting you and use interrupt the second you target them with a spell, with impossibly quick reaction time. There's just way too many for this to be purely coincidence.

I have absolutely no expectations that this will ever be addressed since Blizzard doesn't seem to act on anything unless they stand to directly profit from doing so.
