AK 42 on EU realms, intended?

EU realms got AK 42 today. It's Monday and also US realms didn't get their AK upped yet. Is this a bug or intended?

I was under impression new AK will be automatically upped on reset day, if I knew it's Mondays I'd wait with doing all old raids for AP/Elite WQs. Meh!

Blizzard please communicate with us on stuff like these, it's not that hard and it could be really helpful to players!

The level of Artifact Knowledge is intended to go up with each weekly reset. It was unintended that it happened earlier this week. Going forward you can expect the increase to occur every Wednesday at 8:00 CEST.
