So now that Tomb Tier was finally put on a vendor on the PTR I wanted to test it out. I don't know whether the tooltip for the Destro 4pc is wrong or if it's just bugged. I barely ever get the buff that says my next chaos bolt will be a full mastery one, and when I do get it sometimes it disappears instantly and sometimes it's not consumed at all. Anyone else have this issue?
