This quest is not possible to do as there are players killing the dragon over and over again before the mob on his back spawns.

The dragon only has 2.39 million health it dies in one gcd after spawn

This has been happening all day and you guys just now got the heads up?
Sorry, maybe a bit of miscommunication on my part. We actually had a hotfix in early this morning for the issue, but it looks like it didn't fully resolve the problem.

The 'heads up' for me was more of a flag that it's still an issue. Again, we are working on a fix for this and appreciate your patience in the mean time.
