i have to say that it is completely unacceptable that blizzard services are not working properly when they have a sale.

After talking with a gm about this i find out there is some issues and it is great timing :)

For anyone experiencing issues in completing a character or guild service please contact our support team. While we expect these services to process themselves once the cause of the delay is addressed we also want to know just how many people have been affected and for how long.
