Vampiric blood not working as intended

Hello,

Vampiric blood 5% traits on the weapon are not working, meaning that it gives you the base 30% hp.

Please, fix it. It's our core ability.

There's a bug whereby ranks beyond 1 of Vampiric Fangs are providing the healing bonus to Vampiric Blood, but not the health bonus. This will be hotfixed (no specific ETA).
