26/01 Performance since Saturday

Blizzard Post
During the maintenance in the morning of Saturday January 24th we did some tweaks to the load balancing for continents, raids and instances. While our continual monitoring of the realms do show improvements, we would also like to hear your personal experiences since Saturday. Please note that these tweaks deal with the performance itself, not the "additional instances cannot be launched” matter.

If you would please reply to this thread with a description of your game performance experience since Saturday morning, that would be greatly appreciated. Please include which realm you play on and what game content your feedback is about; raids, 5-man instances, Lake Wintergrasp, or other outdoor content (please specify which continent, e.g. Northrend).

Thank you in advance.

You know what? I've never experienced any (special) lagg or dificulties while playing, so to me, you guys do the same, awesome, job as always.

This here can basically sum up Ragnaros as well, basically all days.
So Saturday and Sunday so far? Just clarifying.

Thanks everyone for the feedback so far. It's interesting to see how it ranges from "no improvement" to "everything is fixed", so we'll be comparing all of this to out realm data and continue investigating. Please do keep the feedback coming.

One note though. When posting about specific lag incidents (e.g "had a huge spike at hh:mm" or "X spikes of Y seconds in Naxx"), please try to compare to past experiences. If you had lag spikes of 10 seconds in Naxx every 5 minutes this Sunday, it's of course very interesting information whether you previously had one 10 second spike per 30 minutes, or 5 spikes of 20 seconds every 5 minutes.

Thank you everyone for the feedback so far.

As raids have been reset with today's maintenance, we would like to especially hear more about your experience with raids and also 5-man instances in the next coming days.

We are continually tracking the performance and looking into improvements, and will keep you updated on the progress.

Q u o t e:
Could I perhaps interest you in joining one of our raids and experiencing the problems firsthand?

Oh, it's not like we don't play the game, you know. ;) The wish is not to check firsthand that something needs improvements, but to gather reports from as many realms, hours, and players/guilds as possible - including seeing which realms we don't see reports from. This way we can compare it with our data for verification and analysis, which is essential to get to the bottom of this rather complex matter.

Once again, thank you everyone for the input. Please do keep posting it.

Thanks everyone, this feedback is invaluable for our investigation. Please continue posting, even if you have done already -- we're especially interested in feedback for the upcoming weekend.

We have made a new thread focusing on specifically Naxxramas performance, following some very recent changes made. It would be appreciated if you could please take a look at this new post, and reply with feedback on Naxxramas alone.

We greatly appreciate your help with this feedback.
