So I decided to try out Pandemic on my 74 Warlock and see how it was working and to see if it was an actual DPS upgrade. I recorded about 7-8 minutes of data using Recount, and from what I can tell, it is not currently working or possibly Recount is not working. Unfortunately, I could not check the combat log while I was testing this. Check out this screenshot:

Seems to be hitting for 1-2 damage every time. Has anyone actually seen this talent work yet?
EDIT: Oh and I forgot to add this was done using the Orgrimmar training dummy.
