Divine Providence.
Whenever I hover over this talent, I seem to fall asleep for a few hours.

No, seriously, going around all of the various specs and trees and looking at their talents and this is by far the most boring thing I can find.

It's not some fun proc, or some awesome trick added to one of our main spells. It has no fun mechanic, nor helps out in a rotation. It provides no interactivity, or chains of our abilities.

No.

It adds 10% to CoH spam.

That's... that's it? That's our big 5 point final tier (non-x1) point talent? 10% to CoH spam? That's worse than the several existing talents we already have along those lins.

I mean I'm sitting here, every tree, it has SOMETHING cool or really useful.

But us? 10% better CoH spam.

The only final talent that is anywhere NEAR as boring and lame as this is.....

Twisted Faith, 10% of spirit converted to damage.

Shadow ... Priest...

/cry

Please revamp and try a little harder on some of our talents. :( We're not complaining about them being dreadfully boring just to spite you. Do you know how many of these sweeping +xx to healing/dmg talents we have? Well, it's a lot and they're often the only choice.

Re: Divine Providence.
We are sympathetic to the notion that Divine Providence feels like a second Spritual Healing but with less effect. So we're making this change:

Divine Providence now also reduces the cooldown of Prayer of Mending by 6/12/18/24/30%. With 5 points, it takes PoM from 10 to 7 sec cooldown.
