GC--
I read recently in a warlock thread that you are trying to avoid too many blue posts in long threads due to the fact that you feel it can derail the topic.
Although I do see the logic in this, I think that a more interactive stance is needed when it comes to certain threads. I'd agree with your stance on the general "QQ my class is broken" type of thread or where people are brainstorming ideas on how to fix their spec or certain spells.
On the other hand, for certain things such as glaring bugs that need quick attention there should be more update feedback so that your community who is concerned at least knows you acknowledge something is wrong and you are working on it.
The example as it pertains to my class would be the 20 page thread about mind flay being broken, to which you haven't replied since the first page. Hundreds of shadow priests have come forward and asked for it to be fixed and yet we haven't even gotten the obligatory "this is a known issue and we are working on it" response.
It seems from some of your previous posts, you do not wish for threads to be /bumped continuously as once the point has been made it pushes new threads down the list much faster than they should be. If this is the case, why will you not address the issue and tell us if something really is wrong or if this is how the spell is intended to work now (god, I hope not). Give us a time frame and what to expect. Hand us a pacifier and tell us everything is going to be ok....
Just give us something and let us stop bumping a thread that already has thousands of views...
...or maybe the bug is intentional as it seems to have quelled some of the "omg dispersion sucks" threads and such....
