If it's technically feasible, it would be great if we could have each of the holiday events activated on the beta servers for a few days. It would be nice to be able to test them all and find any bugs/issues before they go live.

We might do this. We're still working heavily on the holiday achievements. In the next build, you'll see a lot of changes to the Winter Veil stuff as well as a lot of new Love Is In The Air achievements.
