[Suggestion] Spirit of Competition '08 Feat

Would love to have a Feat to recognise having completed (pet + tabard) the '08 Spirit of Competition event, since this event is unlikely to occur for another few years.

Apologies if I somehow missed it if there is one already.

Great idea. We implemented two Feats... one for the Tabard and one for the Pet.
