Do you think Suvival Instincts should be off the GCD?
Not trying to start a "Warrior tanking is better than Druid Tanking" thread here, but I'd simply like to point out the inconsistency that Last Stand (the exact same ability) is off the Global Cooldown for Warriors, whereas Survival Instincts is on the GCD for Druids. It does seem kind of inconsistent.
I can tell you from a vetran tanking perspective that having an Oh Sh*t ability off the Global cooldown would be very handy.
