We can buy 22 ground mounts (5 kodos, 5 wolves, 8 talbuks, a war raptor, war kodo, and frostwolf, war wolf) and 19 flying mounts (6 Netherdrakes, 5 Nether Rays, and 7 Windriders, War Hippogryph).
That's only 41 mounts that Taurens can buy or earn through PVP. Every other horde class can get all 41 of those, but also has the option to buy 5 horses, the pvp war horse, 5 raptors, and all 8 hawkstriders (including the warstrider). That's 19 more mounts that I, as a Tauren, simply have no access to. If I were to spend the what could be countless hours and get the drop-only mounts from Anzu, Baron Rivernade, Attumen, A'lar and the Bear Mount from ZA I am still 4 mounts short.
Why is it that only Taurens are being shafted on this? Was this a major oversight by a simple minded fool and is meant to be corrected? Was this intentional?
I'll tell you what is intentional - my trip to the store to return my preordered copy of Lich King if this is not fixed. This is a complete shafting of all Taurens and should never have made it passed your QA department. The managers/directors/whoever is in charge at QA should be fired for such oversight. This is quite possibly the most ridiculous thing Blizzard has done since I started playing this game.
