Unless enchanting mats need buffs i think this might be an issue, occasionally on my toons when i disenchant something it will give me dream shards of the bandit or infinite dust of the bandit and sometimes even gives essence of stamina as seen here.

The interesting thing about it is that it not only has "of the bandit" regardless of whether or not the item was an "of the bandit" and that when you click on it in combat text it claims to give AP, agility, and stam, and the essence of stamina shows +117 stam. however in the bag it gives no such information and will link the full name of "infinite dust of the bandit" but does not link the actual object.
