Please reference the issue you're inquiring about. Have you tested the issue on the PTR yet?

Do you have any details on the issue you're referring to? Are you unable to login to the realms? Are you unable to install the client? Before I can try to assist you, I need to know what the issue is.

Blizard said the issue will be fixed with the next PTR build.


Thanks for the link. There has not been a new build yet on the PTR, so this issue is not resolved yet. If this is not the issue that the OP is experiencing, please let me know.
