Levitate is suffering from several issues right now. All tests were done casting it on myself.
One, casting it in the water used to pop the character up a couple of yards, as if jumping in the water, it no longer does.
Two, casting levitate while underwater disconnects you as soon as you move.
Three, if a levitate is cast in the same way as the previous bug, while underwater, after you reconnect, when go to the top of the water, you do not hover over the water as you would otherwise, but instead as if you had waterwalking, directly on the water.
