I copied a premade level 80 Tauren Druid, and when I went to enter realm it said "Character Locked, Please see billing for more information" I looked at my billing, and my game card that I bought it in effect until October 5, 2009.
I'm wondering if I did something wrong, or if I just need to wait a little longer. Either way, I'm a little upset. This isn't the first time (at all) that this game has given me troubles and it seems to me like around every corner I encounter one. I'm not trying to put the game itself down, but it is pretty upsetting when this keeps happening. I'd appreciate any replies to this.

Also, if someone could let me know where to go to send in an email for customer support (or whatever?) I'm not sure which branch to go to for this problem.
