I read this on the bug report forum from the old Ptr GM Hortus if anybody can still remember this.
Exploits, Cheats and Hacks.
Example: Several players are using cheats to win PVP.
All reports of exploits, cheats, hacks or the players who are using them should be reported via the in game GM reporting tool or via our web-form at http://www.blizzard.
So those who want to report the speed hackers and wall hackers now is your chance to make it all fair again.
