Why are you buffing Heart Strike/Bone Shield?
Making Heart Strike scale by 20%and cutting bone shield's cooldown in half are both really significant changes.

It is my opinion that DKs do not need more defensive abilities that don't require any kind of trade-off, you can keep right on being offensive while popping mitigation cooldowns, between AMS, IBF, and bone shield (or vampiric blood/rune tap/unbreakable armor), absolutely NONE of those abilities makes you do less damage, and some make you do even MORE (AMS granting runic power, Unbreakable Armor granting strength).

Also, Enhancement Shaman don't need to be nerfed, giving them their own snare immunity is the right thing to do; their counterparts (Ret pallies) have the same thing, and it works just fine. Popping Earthbind to break a snare once every now and then is relatively meaningless in an age of constant snares, between Deadly Brew, Chains of Ice spam, or Frostbite/Frost Nova/Shattered Barrier procs.

Let them keep their 5 seconds of snare/root immunity, it's about time Enhancement moved past the "joke" stage of viability.

Q u o t e:
"Heart Strike - Instantly strike the target and his/her nearest ally, causing 50% weapon damage plus 368, total damage increased by 10% for each of your diseases on the target to the primary target, and half that to the secondary target."

We'll write a more clear tooltip, something like:

Instantly strike a target, causing 50% weapon damage plus 368 and 10% additional damage for each disease. Also strikes a secondary target for half of what it strikes the original.
