[Bug] SoC procs off HotR
Yes, you are reading this right. Seal of the Crusader is proccing off of Hammer of the Righteous. This has been tested and proven to work. Simply talent up to SoC and get Hammer of the Righteous and you can hit up to 12 people at once. ALSO ... it can hit the same person more then once.

Fix before going to live so we don't have people over using this.
