[Bug] Touched By The Light Tooltip Bug
The Touched By The Light tool tip is bugged.. it shows it still scales with stamina instead of strength even tho when you do use strength gems it scales properly.

Class changes have not been fully implemented in the current PTR build. Please retest in the next PTR build.
