So I logged onto a premade paladin I made for patch 3.2, since I didn't make one for the current PTR, and I was looking at the talent trees and none of the changes have been made. Meaning Touched by the Light is still a % of Stamina into spell power, rather than a % of Strength into spell power, and Improved Hammer of Justice is also unchanged. I don't know if this is a problem or anything, I'm just letting you know in case it is.
