I believe some have already report this before, but in this PTR build, JoComm isn't proccing SoComm still.

Another thing that would be nice to see is some sort of tooltip added to the next funcionality gained for the new cleave effect of SoComm.

Edit: Seems like JoR isnt proccing Seals as well. <- False alarm, JoR is proccing correctly 1 SoR now.
